About Chesapeake Landing Community Association
The Chesapeake Landing Community Association is an incorporated entity and was established in the early Seventies. Regular Membership is voluntary and is open to all property owners in Chesapeake Landing. Associate Memberships are available to those of legal majority age, and is either (1) a full time resident tenant residing in a home owned by a current regular member in good standing, or (2) is a non-resident, but a direct relative of a current Regular member in good standing. Association membership entitles the holder to full use and enjoyment of all facilities owned and/or operated by the Association. For additional information on Associate Membership please see "Forms".
The Association is governed by a nine member Board of Directors who are periodically elected by the full membership at the annual membership meeting held on the first Saturday in May.
